An independent practice

Stormetrix is a consulting practice for internet security, customer relationship management and intellectual property protection, for businesses that would rather prepare than recover. We assess, plan, implement and train, and we explain everything in plain language.

The name says how we think about the work. Trouble in business behaves like weather: it arrives whether or not you are ready. Our job is the preparation: measure where you stand, then build so you hold.

Where our work stops

Legal advice and filings, such as patents and trademarks, are attorney work. We prepare the brief, refer you to a licensed attorney, and stay involved through the handover.

Software recommendations are made on fit, and anything we set up for you runs in your own accounts, under your control.

Confidentiality

Anything you tell us about your business is treated as confidential, whether or not you become a client.
